Park Ridge Counseling, LLC is a group psychotherapy practice offering specialized services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are located in Park Ridge, Illinois and have limited hours in Rosemont and on LaSalle St. in downtown Chicago.

Sarah Lerch LCPC
Sarah Lerch is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She has experience providing individual and group therapy in outpatient and inpatient mental health. Her clinical style is empathetic, supportive and insight oriented utilizing an individualized approach to meet each client’s needs. Sarah pulls from counseling theories including cognitive behavioral, multicultural and person centered theory to assist in identifying maladaptive thoughts and behaviors to facilitate change and self awareness. Sarah has worked with issues including depression, anxiety, anger management, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, thought disorders, grief and loss, and substance abuse. Sarah is a member of the Illinois Counseling Association and the National Board for Certified Counselors .
Nancy Vogg, LCPC
Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and an education specialist, who is a Certified School Counselor. Nancy also is a Certified Early Intervention Provider for the state of Illinois. Nancy's counseling philosophy is solution-focused, using positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral and family systems interventions--by changing the way you think and feel, you can change the way you behave. With a dynamic and creative,positive, present-focused, and action-oriented approach, Nancy helps to define problems and brainstorm solutions so that change can occur. Nancy is energetic and directive versus reflective ,a dynamic and creative therapist who has extensive experience working with clients that have issues that include relationship problems, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, anger management, substance abuse, educational issues, ADHD, behavioral challenges, marriage and family difficulties and Internet Issues. Nancy is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American School Counselor Association.
